What should I do if I do not see all my AVID Digital Badges?

If you attended all sessions of an AVID Community of Practice (CoP) through a Path, Elevate, Ignite, or Summer Institute, but do not see your Digital Badge for this CoP under “My Badges” on this site, please reach out to our AVID Care Team at 1-833-284-3227 or [email protected].
AVID Center maintains records of attendance at its professional trainings. AVID Care can only support partners in retrieving earned Digital Badges or Certificates of Completion issued for Communities of Practice taking place after January 1, 2020.
Note: AVID Center began offering Digital Badges for Path and Summer Institute Communities of Practice in 2021 and for DigitalXP and ElevateXP in 2020. If you attended a CoP before 2020, you should have received a Certificate of Completion in lieu of a Digital Badge.
Please reach out to your school or district if you need help retrieving evidence of attendance at an AVID professional learning event prior to these dates.
